SC(B)H15-M series products comply with the national standard GB1094 "Power Transformer" and JB/T3837-2010 "6kV,10kV class 15 type dry amorphous alloy distribution transformer".
SC(B)H15 series non-gold alloy dry transformer is a new type of low loss and energy saving distribution transformer. 
The product combines the technical advantages of amorphous alloy transformer and traditional epoxy casting dry type transformer, and adopts a new structure. 
SC(B)H15 series non-gold alloy dry transformer has the characteristics of low loss, especially the no-load loss is 80% lower than the conventional 10 series dry transformer on average. 
The product has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, low temperature rise, strong overload capacity, stable electrical performance, convenient maintenance and so on.

Feature:

 

1.Amorphous alloy is a new type of strip material, amorphous alloy material does not exist crystal structure, magnetization power is small, high resistivity, so the eddy current loss is small, with this material as the core can produce a new type of energy-saving transformer, is the ideal product for the renewal of distribution network.
2. Strong corrosion resistance: amorphous alloy core is fully sealed by resin and high temperature resistant silica gel pad to effectively prevent corrosion and amorphous alloy fragments falling off, so as to effectively protect the core and coil.
3.Iow noise: in order to reduce the noise of the product operation, select reasonable flux density in the product design, improve the structure of the core and coil in the product processing, the use of special noise reduction materials, amorphous alloy dry transformer noise is far lower than the gb JB/T10088 requirements.
4.Short circuit resistance: the product adopts three-phase five-column and three-phase three-column structure, the iron core is protected by frame structure, and the structure is tight and reasonable. The high pressure coil is rectangular and segmented cylindric, made of polyurethane enameled wire and double glass fiber wrapped flat wire. The whole coil is poured into one body by epoxy resin vacuum pressure, which can completely eliminate bubbles in the coil. Ensure stable insulation performance and small partial discharge. The low voltage coil is divided into wire wound and foil structure to increase the transformer's ability to withstand short circuit.
5.low temperature rise, long service life: product temperature rise is low, heat dissipation ability is strong, in forced air cooling conditions can be 130% of the rated load operation. Optional temperature control and protection system with perfect performance can provide reliable guarantee for transformer safe operation.
6. Transformer coupling group adopts Dyn11 to avoid the influence of high harmonics.
